Spec360 works very closely with factories to obtain the best possible price and quality. Based on many years of sourcing building materials in China our sourcing team is extremely experienced. In particular we have made special arrangements with the second largest commercial construction company in China to utilize our combined buying power from selected manufactures and key relationships to these factories earned by this large construction company.

We also work with other sourcing managers from different companies to obtain a collective pool on purchase orders from a single factory, thus allowing for very low prices. We work very hard to create close relationships with the factories so that we can provide the best possible sourcing service to our customers.
