  • Quality Control

We have a unique process of quality control where we check nearly every item as it leaves the factory. Orders that have many pieces such as Tile we spot check randomly. We make contractual guarantees with each manufacturer to replace broken parts or refunds if the product is determined to be ?bad? and it has already reached one of our warehouses or the customer.

  • Logistics

We have outlined a country wide logistics distribution network allowing us to analyze a factory?s location relative to a port and the end shipping destination.

Each port specializes in shipping to a particular part of the world, however all ports have a limited amount of vessels shipping to any end location. By routing the orders from the factory to the port with the most vessels routed to the final destination we provide considerable savings. While most exporters rely on shipping brokers to manage this process, the broker?s main job is to fill the vessels with containers at these undesirable ports charging the exporter much more money.

We rely on a vast transportation network utilizing trucking and freight train to obtain the lowest price possible in between the factory and the port. This often allows us to keep the product packed in individual containers without re-packing at one of our warehouses. In this case we will only use consolidation warehouses for small orders emanating from several factories.

Using traditional Chinese ?Guanxi? (key relationship with a person associated with someone we need to do business with) we have developed friendships with leading experts and public officials with years of experience allowing Spec360 to get very favorable contracts with the vendors we need to ship goods all over China.

Logistics Overview

  • Packing

We utilize state of the art methods to reduce cost and potential problems. In particular we use recycled plastic molded into thin boards which allow us to create custom boxes around each product. Using recycled plastic box frames we also limit potential Government customs issues with the use of wood box frames. We also use specialized equipment to plastic-wrap any product that could be damaged by mold.

  • Warehouse Consolidation

Spec360 utilizes many warehouse partners located at different ports. This saves time and money so we can transport factory orders directly to the desired port.

Most developers will need to make small sample orders to test our services and reliability. This often means the buyer will want products from many factories. Since most factories want minimum orders we rely on a close relationship to obtain low prices while at the same time pooling many orders together to make the factories happy with a yearly minimum order amount based on many customer orders.

  • Port Warehouse

This is where goods are delivered by truck if the goods do not need to be repacked. The goods remain in the shipping container that was packed at the factory. The goods are cleared by Custom Police and loaded onto the Shipping Vessel. This method of warehouse distribution is ultimately lower cost for orders loaded at the factory.

  • Intranet

Spec360 utilzes a powerful online software that manages our entire business.
